In this special tour during Ramadan, between the 1st and 30th of March, you’ll explore the surprising historical sites that you wouldn’t expect to find in Morocco. We will pass by different international neighborhoods and talk about all the history of Tangier along the way.
We will also drive through some of Tangier’s most luxurious neighborhoods, where the King’s Palace is located, Forbes House, the famous Perdicaris Park, and Achkar Beach, aka the Sun Beach.
The tour includes a camel ride next to the Caves of Hercules (2500 BC) and Cap Spartel (the head point of Africa), where your camel will be ready to take you on a ride by the shore around sunset. There will also be a sunset photoshoot waiting for you, where the Mediterranean Sea and Atlantic Ocean meet!
After the ride, you’ll enjoy a special Ramadan Iftar experience. As the sun sets, we will break the fast with a traditional Iftar meal for Muslims, while non-Muslims will enjoy a delicious dinner. This will be a 3-course meal, featuring famous Moroccan dishes like Tajin and Couscous, giving you an authentic taste of Morocco.
We will also take a small visit to the charming old town streets and stop at local shops for souvenir shopping, or you can choose to end your tour at a local cafe and enjoy authentic Moroccan tea or coffee!
